Hey guys — I know layoffs are rough on everyone. Whether you took time off from the gym voluntarily or not, it can be a frustrating grind when you try to return to the level of strength you once had. This program is designed to help you do exactly that. It's divided into two, 8-week blocks, designed to allow you to slowly relearn movement patters and confidence under the bar. It also includes some pretty demanding hypertrophy work to help regain any lost muscle mass and make the whole plan much more challenging.
This program does not require specialized equipment. It includes four training days per week, following the classic powerlifting template:
- Heavy Bench
- Light Bench
