Hey guys — I know quarantines have been rough on everyone. As the world slowly returns to something like normalcy, your training should, too. This program is designed to help you do exactly that. It's 8 weeks long, designed to allow you to slowly relearn movement patters and confidence under the bar. It also includes some pretty demanding hypertrophy work to help regain any lost muscle mass and make the whole plan much more challenging.

This program does not require specialized equipment. It includes four training days per week.
