This course contains two peaking programs designed to take you from the offseason to the platform in just a few weeks. Now, let’s be clear: a few weeks really isn’t long enough to prepare yourself for optimal performance. However, sometimes you decide to jump into a contest at the last minute; or you get injured and have limited time to prepare; or life gets in the way somehow. In those circumstances, I believe that these programs will get you the best results possible in a limited period of time.
I’ve written this program in response to the overwhelming number of lifters who’ve contacted me, attempting to use one of my Powerbuilding courses to prepare for a meet. Peaking is not the intended purpose of a powerbuilding program, and you will have suboptimal results if you attempt to do so. Instead, use one of these... but only as a starting point!
That's the catch: these programs will work on their own, but you will have better results if you allow yourself more time to ease into your maximal lifts.
