A quick peaking cycle for strength specialists
This is a peaking program designed to take you from the offseason to the platform in just one month. Now, let’s be clear: one month really isn’t long enough to prepare yourself for optimal performance. However, sometimes you decide to jump into a contest at the last minute; or you get injured and have limited time to prepare; or life gets in the way somehow. In those circumstances, I believe that this program will get you the best results possible in a limited period of time.
I’ve written this program in response to the overwhelming number of lifters who’ve contacted me, attempting to use one of my Powerbuilding courses to prepare for a meet. Peaking is not the intended purpose of a powerbuilding program, and you will have suboptimal results if you attempt to do so. Instead, use this one!
It's also an introduction to the full course, which you can find on the homepage. This free program helps you to prepare for a peak in a very short amount of time, but you will have better results if you allow yourself more time to ease into your maximal lifts. If you are not on a tight schedule, I strongly encourage you to enroll in the full course instead.
